Narell and the design team at Freshly Made Sketches have posted another beautiful sketch. I liked the clean and simple design of the sketch, so I decided to use it for a get well card I was planning on making. Here's this week's sketch:

I pulled a stamp set from my collection called Cheerful Basket to use as the focal point for my card. Here is my version of the sketch:

- Sincere Salutations Salutations (R) Stampin' Up!
- Sending Dies for the sentiment strip #159271
- Layering Squares Dies #14708(R)
- Cross Hatch from the Online Exclusives Embossing Folder set
- Whisper White 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" for base scored at 4 1/4"
- Whisper White Mats for front and inside. Front mat 5" x 3 3/4" and Inside 5" x 3 3/4"
- Sweet Sorbet for mats on the front and inside cut 2 at 5 1/4" x 4" 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" square for DSP mat.
- Scrap of Granny Apple green for sentiment mat
- DSP scrap Incolor 2022-2024 Sweet Sorbet plaid design cut out with 2 1/4" x 2 1/4" scalloped square die.
- Momento Tuxedo Black ink to stamp images and for sentiments
- Stampin' Blends:
- Apples - Sweet Sorbet, Real Read, Petal Pink, Dark Cherry Cobbler, Granny Apple Green for leaves

Sincere Salutations was one of the first stamp sets I bought from Stampin' Up! back in 2006 when I joined, and although it's retired I'm still using it to this day. |

I covered the surface of the apples once they were coloured with blends, with a glazing product called Nuvo Drops. This makes the surface shine and look like real little apples. What fun! |
