Love Notes

I haven't done any card challenges for a while so today I thought I'd give it a whirl again.  I feel quite proud of myself as I've actually made a card using both a colour and a sketch challenge.

Here's My Card:

The sketch challenge is from Paper Craft Crew Card and it's sketch #PCCS151.

I found the Pals Paper Arts colour challenge PPA258 which uses two of the new In Colours, captured my interest so I decided to go with it.

Stamp Sets:  Big on You, Button Buddies (R) and Yippie Skippie (R)
Card Stock:  Whisper White, Cucumber Crush, Watermelon Wonder and Night of Navy
DSP:  Cherry on Top Paper Pack
Ink:  Cucumber Crush and Watermelon Wonder
Accessories:  Basic Rhinestones, Happy Heart TIEF, Big Shot, Ribbon Itty Bitty Accent Punches (Heart)

Happy Stamping!

Fun, card! I love the layers with the hearts and bling! The cherries on the inside are a sweet touch too. Thanks for joining us at the Pals Paper Arts this week!

Thanks Dawn for taking the time to stop by and comment on my card. Glad you like all the layers and the bling. I kept my old button buddy set specifically because of those beautiful cherries, so I'm glad you liked them too!

Great card! Love the details of the embossed hearts with the stamping (I just noticed it!). Fun, cheerful and awesome card. Thanks for playing along with the Paper Craft Crew and we hope you can play along with this weeks new card sketch.

Thanks Heather for your sweet comment. Glad you liked the colours. The PCC151 sketch challenge was awesome so it was easy to come up with the design.

Thanks Pam. When I posted the picture of my card it was late at night and I was trying to link the post before the deadline. I took the photo against a black background, so no wonder you didn't see it. I've correct that on my blog so you can actually see the colours and design elements.
