A few weeks ago we were visiting my sister and brother-in-law in Williams Lake, and their beautiful little kitty named Ruby was very sick. She'd lost a lot of weight and wasn't her playful cheerful self. Unfortunately this week they had to seek out the services of Angela a wonderful lady who makes home visits and helps animals to cross the rainbow bridge. So this card is to Ruby the sweetest little girl cat ever. We're going to miss you darlin'.
I decided to use this week's Freshly Made Sketch to design this card. Here's the sketch by Kim:

I love the way this little cat lies on the shelf. Ruby was a climber, so she would have related to this.

I'm sorry for your need for this card, but it just right. I love the patterns and the paw prints hearts along with that sweet kitty. Thank you for playing along with us at Freshly Made Sketches.
Penny, Thank You so much for making this card for Ruby. We miss her, especially when we come home from somewhere. She always came running out to greet us and to see what we brought home. I love you, Sister!
Wonderful card and I'm so sorry you had need of it. Thanks so much for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches.
That is such a sweet cat card! It sounds like Ruby had a happy life, with lots of loving, and that's what matters most.
Seeing the cat stamp on the outside made me regret not buying that set. I was so torn over purchasing it when it came out. Sadly, not having yet won the lottery, I cannot indulge in every SU set I like. LOL
Penny, I love your notebook system!!!! It seems so much more organized than how I try to remember some of my card techniques. The little scraps of paper are genius. What sort of notebook are you using, and what is the size?
